Customer Persona

In order to gain a deep understanding of who your ideal customer is, we'll kick off our partnership by sending you our detailed 'Customer Persona Canvas' to fill out. Based on your specific customer persona, we'll create an individual content and growth strategy targeted at your ideal customer.

Content Strategy

Based on your Customer Persona, as well as your Branding, we will create three initial Content Strategies for you to choose from (we'll only stop once you're fully satisfied). Each month, we will send you the content & captions for pre-approval. You are always in full control. You provide us with the media (depending on the chosen content strategy) by the 15th of the month (for the following month) and we'll create your entire social media content.

Account Management
& Account Growth

Your entire Social Media Strategy on Auto-Pilot. We will manage every aspect of your Instagram Account for you. Account Management includes the curation, creation and posting of your entire content, replying to each comment and message as well as monitoring brand mentions. Account Growth includes a specific growth strategy to further grow your account by targeting your ideal customers (included in Scale & Pro Plan). Every plan includes a monthly social media insights report, tracking results, as well as benchmarking you against your top two competitors (chosen by you).
