Many tenants will let a cabinet break as years go by, and once they move out, the owner will be met with many surprises. We are going to keep the home in "For-Sell-Condition".

Quite potentially, we’ll never move out. Businesses don’t have kids. They don’t have a baby  and suddenly need more space. Tenant turnover is potentially the owner's highest cost.

Regular wellness checks are performed on the home. Additionally, we implement an enhanced cleaning system.

If this goes well, we are incentivised to pick up another lease immediately, should the owner choose to buy new units. Possibility of a great partnership
